The Hilton London Kensington offers a good location near the Shepherd’s Bush underground and the lively Westfield shopping center. However, the rooms and facilities left much to be desired, with issues like small size, uncomfortable beds, and outdated decor. While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for a Hilton.
